Our articles focus on medications whose side effects have already led to lawsuits; they fall primarily into categories such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) and birth control drugs – but we will add any drug (or medical equipment) whose track record indicates that side effects are serious, or that harm has been done.

For each drug, we have a brief summary of the medication’s history, side effects, and lawsuits that have been brought against the drug manufacturer; there are also links to articles where you can find more specifics on individual stories.

Please be aware that our goal is not to encourage frivolous claims – or to assail the very important work that is done by thousands of scientists, doctors and researchers on a daily basis.
